LOL. I've done that with my eldest before, when he claimed he didn't like it (having previously eaten it> He remembered he liked it on the 3rd occassion I served it up.:D

Or make Ste take it to work tomorrow. :rotfl: . Any chance you could have an early night tonight Sarah and catch up on your sleep?

I've put it in the freezer for him to have wednesday. At this point I couldn't give a toss that it's chicken and could well have some kind of food bug in it from only being in the fridge instead of the freezer... the more the better! lol!

I wish I was nearer, I'd pop round and look after the girls for a bit so you could have a sleep. You really sound knackered.

I've been making efforts to try and get to bed early after K's gone down but I end up feeling guilty as Ste works and my trouble is I'm a light sleeper and it takes me a while to get to sleep even if I do get to bed early I'm still knackered! Whereas Ste hits the pillow and wakes up for work... and god help us if K wakes him up...

Does reading in bed help at all? I struggle to get to sleep too (and yes, hubby is asleep as soon as his head hits the pillow too), but reading helps me to doze off. If I just try and lie there, too many things go round and round in my head and I end up awake for hours.

    Mortgage-free Glee!
I have a technique for getting to sleep that I used to use when I was at Uni and studying for my finals - was dead stressed and because of all the revision, all my course notes were flying around my head all night!!

You imagine you're on a tropical beach and lying in a hammock that's tied between two palm trees. You can smell the sea air, hear the roll of the surf and the rustle of the palm leaves in the wind. Your eyes are closed but you can see the changes in sunlight as the palm leaves move across sun and you can feel the warm sun on your body and the gentle sway of the hammock.

Because you are imagining all of your senses it takes all of your concentration and so you forget everything else and soon fall asleep. After a bit of practice you really do start hearing the surf!!

The only trouble is when you wake up the next morning, you realise that you've forgotten to put on some Ambre Solaire and you're burnt to a frazzle!! :rotfl:

Well K looks happy enough, why don't you stay right there and have a little sleep!

Completely off topic but I like your jeans. :)
