There's a balance on the ISA you haven't added to? If so that's what the interest is from. Or it's a nil balance? Did you take the money out after 6 April 06 (the prev financial year). If you did I think the interest will be from 6 april 06 till day you took out.
There's nothing in it at all and can't remember there ever being anything in it! Must've put something in at some point but taken it out again as I doubt they would've given me 24p out of the goodness of their hearts! lolTotal 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

IA,
What are you going to do once you're debt-free?
It's not that far away!

(Bunny's Bossy mode kicks in...)
Why not start having a 'dream box' or something like that so you can start visualising what you can do with your money once debt-free?
I cut pictures out of magazines of all sorts that I plan on saving for once debt-free...
(I find it helps with motivation)

Right have called tax credits and updated our income for the coming year. And so we play the waiting game to see what our payments are going to be.... :eek:Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Haven are great, pools, beaches etc, since kids are young not even tied to school holidays.... A week for a family of 4 is less than an xbox0 -
hi
have you thought of starting a 50p or 20 p fund like the £2 fund for your clothes? that way you won't feel gulity when you buy something for yourself.0 -
Holidays don't have to be that expensive really, particularly if you don't need to go during school holidays. We took DS to France (with Eurocamp) and I think it was about £600 plus petrol for all of us - we drove down to Plymouth, then ferry to Roscoff, then a short drive to a place called Raguenes Plage (would really recommend this site for young kids) in Brittany - absolutely gorgeous, weather was lovely (end of May/beginning of June), it was the nicest holiday I've ever had. We stayed in one of their ready-erected tents, (you can stay in a caravan but it's more expensive) and lived on french bread and bbq's for a fortnight, plus we spent most days by the pool or at the beach, so we spent probably less than we would have by staying at home! It's easily within your reach to save for something like that once you're debt free."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
