Morning all... The lady came to pick up our buggy so that's another £31 in the dotty p's kitty (Well it's in my pocket at the moment.. will have to get Ste to put it in the bank for me on tues.).
Not impressed with Kaitlyn as she decided to wake up at 4am for a bottle AND it was my turn to get up!! Why is it whenever it's my turn to get up she'll wake up at stupid o'clock but when it's Ste's turn she'll sleep right through!!! Argh! Of course she's now knackered and cheesed off.....a bit like her mum! *sigh*

Morning
Happy Easter and all that, good news about the extra £31 for your kitty. It is a glorious day here, all sunny and warm. We are going out in a bit, I will try to be very frugal but a nice cup of tea and cake are a must. Try to get a bit of a rest his afternoon, take care.SSB0 -
Hi Angel
I have been reading through your thread and firstly well done on all the debts paid off to date.
Secondly congrats on K
thirdly, I had PND with baby no.1 and no.3 The health visitor advised me to take fish oil supliments instead of going to dr for anti dipressants, as during pregnancy the baby gets all yours and all that your body has stored up.
I took the one boots recommended which was Eye-Q and the difference was amazing. after a couple of weeks I felt so much better and in control. Also very mentally on the ball. Just thought I would let you know as I am not finished reading your story yet but you have been saying that you don't want to take them, and don't like taking them0 -
hi sarah
congrats on getting the extra £31! hope you are feeling better.0 -
OOOOOOH what a night...
All was going well ... We gave Kaitlyn a bath at 9, bottle at ten and were all in bed by 11.30. 2am Steve wakes up with the shakes and feeling sick. 3 am Ste ends up running to the toilet to be sick . He comes back to bed about 3.20 and although he still feels sick, manages to fall asleep. I however was wide awake, as K kept rustling around. Because she had her last bottle earlier than usual at 10 I was expecting her to wake up for a bottle so I didn't sleep a wink for the rest of the night!! Although she kept making noises and rustling around she didn't wake up for a bottle until 7am!!! Argh!!! Meaning last night I got all of about 2 hrs sleep. I'm shattered! Ste was going to get up with her if she woke but I could hardly expect him to get up after being sick!! He feels better this morning luckily and has still gone to work after promising me that I could get an early night tonight...
First week of the april challenge is over and we've saved £9.56 :T so I've moved that over to the dotty p's fund today along with the £31. Just means Ste doesn't have to go to the bank on tuesday and we don't have to go to the cash point for a while either as we're just going to use the £31 I got yesterday. We should have really been able to save more but for one reason or another it's turned into a more expensive than usual week. Ah well. Next week will be better.
Looking forward to having my hair done today. Was going to wash it last night as it's greasy as hell but didn't get time.. hope that won't affect how it comes out...

First day of the 'New Me'
Right, I've decided that from now on I'm going to makes steps to become a 'new me'. At the moment I'm depressed, frumpy, postnatal and have no self confidence and I'm going to start doing things to change this. Here's what I plan to do...- Get a new hairstyle/colour
- Revamp my wardrobe
- Start wearing make up more often and making more of an effort
- Get out more even if it's only down the park with the girls.
- Do more things that I enjoy even if only for 1/2 an hr!
- Get on top of the housework and set out a regular housework rota.
- Start eating properly.
- Start playing with Ashli more instead of having the tv on all day.
- Start a regular evening bedtime routine for k so Ste and I can spend more 'us' time together.
I'm getting hopefully my hair done today, and have already started revamping my wardrobe (slowly but surely). As they say, change is good!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Good for you IA.... sounds positive.
In this lovely weather it's great to get outside... BF & I took DD to the forest yest, I bought her a cheap ball, £2.49 and her squeals of delight chasing after it was lovely, worth every penny. And it wore her out!!

Just had the post.... Citi (who we paid off last month) STILL haven't closed my account, instead have dropped my interest rate to 21.9%.
They haven't got a clue have they?
Ste's come home from work early. Poor thing isn't very well at all and only lasted an hour at work. I've ordered him onto the sofa with a cup of tea, the tv remote (much to Ash's annoyance) and a pillow and duvet.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
