It was superb, I have to say - and very good value - was in the 3 for £10 deal in M&S.....and I will be looking out for it again and buying some for the freezer - there was loads of meat on it, and after 3 hours slow roasting it just fell off the bone beautifully.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Well, needless to say, I have the leftovers for my lunch!
Today is a long one - we are playing football this evening, so work, pub, football, and then because I don't have DS to get home, I can go back to the pub if the rest of the guys do.....won't be drinking too much because I have work tomorrow, obviously, but always a good time to be had......:D
I hope you have a good one xxSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

I don't eat much lamb because it is quite expensive normally, but I do enjoy it when I have the chance. However, at just over £3 for a shoulder that although says feeds 2-3 easily feeds 4, I reckon that is pretty good value, and certainly will be looking out for them again and stocking up the freezer! And of course, with the aid of the slow cooker, it makes for a very easy meal mid week so no need to wait for Sunday for a roast
M&S do sometimes surprise!!!
I did the dauphinoise from my "meals in heels" book.....so simple and def got the thumbs up from DD which is always a bonus where potatoes are concerned because she is somewhat fussy.....will def be doing that one again too :TSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. I never look in m+s for food but am seriously tempted to have a look.0

I have found them becoming more and more reasonable tbh - their "dine in for £10" for example is very good value - main course, side dish, dessert and a bottle of wine....all for £10. They don't do them every week, but when they do it is well worth a look. They do post the details on their website on a Thursday if they are going to do the offer over the weekend, so keep your eyes openSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground.
