I was wondering how involved this is. I have had the most awful catalogue of events trying to get onto talktalk with the free broadband option.
I just imagin that there is lots of small print and it not being worth the time.

I'm wondering if it's worth complaining about the awful service and the length of time it took to connect me to BB and the vast number of untruths I was told.
I'm feeling angry and cheated but wonder if I should complain or get on with the rest of my life :mad:0
