Should I book Monarch flight using PayPal?

Monarch don't charge any fees for flights booked using Paypal, but will I still have the same protection offered when booking using a credit card? I do have a cc linked to my account. Is it worth the risk?

Most banks do not provide CC cover if a payment is made through Paypal. Email them and ask for confirmation one way or the other.0

A VISA electron card would be the best way to pay for a Monarch flight. No additional fee, and you could make a VISA chargeback claim in the unlikely event of a long established operator like Monarch went bust.0

According to Which? you can use chargeback on all VISA cards including electron. http://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/sale-of-goods/your-rights-when-paying-by-credit-card/chargeback-on-credit-and-visa-debit-cards/0
