Where Do I stand - Mislead Information on hotel booking

I am pleasant, and those that know me know I am.
What p!sses me off is people who have nothing better to do than post useless rubbish on a serious matter.
I create a post asking for advice on where you stand and how to proceed if you pay in full for an item which turns out not to be the full cost.
Most people say start a small claims.
This is what i will do, but add some comedy to my posts.

Reckon you need to chill a bit. Calling people "seriously mentally !!!!!!" because they have a different opinion from you isn't very nice in my view.
