Don't be scared, they're nice people, nicer than at snobby gym. Pluck up the courage and go once, if you dont like it dont go back, what have you lost, apart from a bit weight!! If your Newcastle as in Toon, i'm in Washington, bit of a hike for you I know but my local boxing club's ace, only been twice(Last night on my own) and I feel really comfortable there already, I'm hooked!!
