Have you finished your petty remarks for today?
How many threads are we up to now? That is threads you have made no contribution to but seek to attack me? I can only assume that you have run out of milk and cookies.
Will you please listen to yourself! You have problems with full stops and commas with the OP, but you don't care about ' or Caps when YOU type! There I've helped you, so 'thank me'!...that's an order!0 -
i have had 3 off them from 3 differnt argos they have the wong batch that they are selling.
why list the barcode on the web site then give you a cheaper model well what would you do if you were geting took for £80 go and look for your slef.
go look at the Navigon 40 Essential youll will be shown a Navigon 40 easy that is a completely differnt model worth £80 less and you wont be happy too.

What are the differences between the two?Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

PS I found that my Mobile Phone has Google Maps and Sat Nav on it, it was FREE. Can I send this back to BT Mobile, as it was not mentioned that my phone had this facility when I bought it and to me it is a complete waste of electicity, as I use good old fashioned maps instead.0 -
PS I note OPs lack of spelling and composition, but I think I have got what OP is on about.
OP has noted that a 'trinket' has been incorrectly identified in a cataloge shop, thus he is pondering whether or not he can but the incorrect product at a lower price?
Me thinks E&OE0 -
OP, did you see the questions in post #10?
If you can answer them, then maybe, just maybe, you might get a fuller response.

I recently purchased what I thought was the Navigon 40 Essential from Argos, and only just noticed on the box Argos actually sold me the Navigon 40 Easy, I paid £89.99 and it states this is half price, but in fact the Easy satnav is very much cheaper in comparison.
I rang Argos today to be told that I have in fact been sold the Essential model in an Easy box??? The lady checked 10 stores and this satnav in ALL the stores is in a box marked Easy 40, I am most annoyed and many people would have purchased this like myself thinking they were buying a 'bargain' but I feel ripped off. Many of these have been sold in Argos just over the last few days, I said it is false advertising and Argos have told me this is not the case. All I wanted for my partner was a bargain!!
Any idea's as to what I can do please. Thanx0 -
I also would like to know what the difference between these 2 models are.
NAVIGON 40 ESSENTIAL
NAVIGON 40 EASY
Very angry with ARGOS  sold me the easy for £89.99 and states that is half price??0 -
I think whether youve got a premium or easy,80 quid is pretty cheap for either.
I think the way to tell the difference is -the 40 easy has active lane asst, which is a small 3d image of lanes at junctions in the bottom right of the screen and the essential doesnt.Dont quote me on any of this.Went shoplifting at the Disneystore today.
Got a huge Buzz out of it.0 -
No this was not a bargain and Navigon 40 Easy can be purchased for less but the Navigon 40 Essential is around the £200 price. Checked the EAN no.'s and the one I have is for the 40 Easy and NOT the 40 Essential as advertised in Argos. The Easy has approx 2 hrs battery life and the Essential has 3 hrs, Essential has TXT to speech and the Easy has not, Essential has automatic day to ngt mode and the Easy has not, Essential has UK, ROI & Western Europe and Easy just UK and ROI.0
