impress him i did!!!!!!! and myself too if i may say so.......who said i couldnt cook. will try it with swede and carrot under potato next time,it sounds delicious but i had no swede and a two year old that was being a pain in the bum and i couldnt face the hassle of dragging her to the shops!!
good job hubby likes cooking though so wont expect me to do it all the time

Sorry this is a bit late but thougth it worth posting anyway in case anyone's plannign a Mexican meal this week:

Take leftover Mexican food, e.g whatever fillings from Tacos, enchaladas, tortillas etc (any type of mince ( I usually use turkey but whatever suits you), sliced tomatoes, salsa, fried onions, peppers, re-fried beans, taco beans, sweetcorn etc) mix up & top with mashed potato & grated cheese! Bake until hot through & the cheese bubbles! Spicy shepherds/cottage pie!
