How long on average to CPW take to send cheques?

Hi,
Sent my phone in on thurs to carphonewarehouse, got a text on monday saying they received my phone and were processing it.
Got another text today saying they were sending the cheque out. The website says the process can take upto 28 days though?????

I've been on a cashback deal for over 3 years now with CPW. Don't think I have ever waited 28 days from TXT. Maybe 2 weeks or so...
