Three charging more on the bill
Hi,
My contract with Three was coming to an end so I renewed it for what they told me would be £15 a month. I've received the phone but the paperwork tells me that the monthly charge is £20.
They've sold me a product then charged me more - when I made it particularly clear that I wanted to pay £15 a month when I spoke to them on the phone.
Is there anything I can do anout this? It's coming up to the end of the 14 day cooling off period but if there's not time to cancel the contract and send the phone back then how could I stop this?

Rang them several times. They said that somebody would ring me back in a few days once they had investigated the issue. Demanded that I cancel during the 14-day cooling off period and they put me through to the ''customer options'' department. They said they would do me a deal with more calls and minutes for £12 a month - though until I see it on the bill or my account I won't believe it seeing as the last person said one thing and another amount was billed. Let's wait and see.0
