I provided contact information for you yesterday but it has since been removed by MSE.

I will be happy to provide the same via messages, quite why MSE would prefer you to speak to 20 people in India who cannot understand the problem never mind offer a solution rather than go straight to someone who speaks English and can actually do something about it I cannot fathom.

    Shame on you MSE.

Definitely shame on you MSE!!!! Why are helpful posts being deleted???? The Op has received the correct information to get an outrageous decision dealt with and instead you have chosen to remove that post? Kind of goes against the ethos of this site really doesnt it? Martin, care to cooment?

I think the post that was removed had someones name and direct tele number and even if that person were someone within BT I'm sure MSE would be in trouble for leaving info like that for anyone to use/mis-use, who knows who may call, and should that person start recieving dodgy calls who would be held responsible...I was supprised when I saw the post, I wasnt supprised when MSE removed it

I'm not quite sure what you're implying here, perhaps you could explain it to me?

I posted the contact details for an assistant to Ian Livingston who is BTs' Chief Executive which is what the OP asked for.

    http://www.btplc.com/Thegroup/Ourcompany/Theboard/index.htm

His direct email is also widely available and I could post that here too but what would be the point?

I had serious problems with BT myself recently and I tried to help this poster by providing what it took me hours of phone calls to find out and now I appear to be being accused of god knows what.

I do know I won't be bothering to help anyone on this board again!

I could understand it if it had been my first post on MSE... but this is ridiculous.

Best of luck OP but it seems MSE don't want anyone to actually help you.
