There is no difference between law and terms and conditions. If you willingly signed a contract of work that said you would do a ninety hour week for a pound an hour, that contract is not enforcable. Any agreement has to conform to the law.
Those of you who are arguing that ebay's terms are ones you signed up for, hence no comeback, would condemn a seller who stated illegal t&c's. Eforcing your rights - different matter.0 -
