Hi , old but a novice!! bought some from Lidl as read good reports but the cakes are tiny! They have loads of shots though - they only last 30 and 60 seconds - the cakes p have bought before were 150% bigger = worried now help experts x please!

having a small party at mine I wanted something good but reasonably priced - baring in mind it is money going up in smoke!

they look small but they do pack a punch you have nothing to worry about lol

30-60 seconds is long in terms of fireworks - "Ipanema" and "25 carat" are loud, but visually spectacular. Firefighter has a combination of different effects, is longer, and not as loud.

The selection packs are nice too - good quality stuff in them.

Looks nice, but it's way to small to see anything clearly...

It looked fine on mine so have tried again without a resize

    2 ipanemas, 2 25 carat, a firefighter, and 2 cyber boxes. £50, good display.

Alternatively, 1 25 carat, 1 ipanema, 1 fire fighter, fire pack, and cyber Box. £43, More ground fireworks, still impressive.

Steer clear of most supermarket BOGOF fireworks - the "Standard" ones have the RRP doubled as a sales trick.

Get down to your local Lidl.

They stock "Weco" - quality German fireworks. Would say get 2 "Ipanema's", 2 "25 Carats", a "Firefighter", and 2 Cyber boxes. Bam! £50, good display.

    Alternatively, you could get 1 "25 Carat", 1 "Ipanema", 1 "Fire-fighter", a "Fire~Pack", and a "Cyber Box". £43 - More ground fireworks, still impressive.

For rockets you could get 'Terminal-Velocity' from Aldi. I have heard good feedback about them, not so sure myself...

Steer clear of most supermarket BOGOF fireworks - the "Standard" ones usually have the RRP doubled to enable supermarkets/retailers to use BOGOF as a sort of sales trick.

    Defo second that!

They may be small but you'll have no regrets, these are quality fireworks. Out of the 3 I think the Firefighter just edges it in my book.
