That's a very good price for a Hells Messenger, it's a right gattling gun - can I ask where it's £40? (with free rockets
)

Cheers
Hi si
i originally saw it at jtf and was amazed at the size. then last week i saw it for £45 at an Indian wholesalers in Leicester. managed to talk the guy down to £40 and a free pack of rockets.
was a bit dubious about the effects. i have since looked on youtube and the effects seem ok but i just expected more somehow.
200 shot gates of hell £40 +vat from jtf lasts 3 minutes + (which im toying with the idea of getting)
4000 shot hells messenger £50+vat from jtf last 1 minute.
although i can get it for £40 im thinking on the night, i may feel like someones had my pants down lol0 -
where in north london? Can you get to loughton essex?0

i really wish supermarkets had more variaty i really want some roman candles but dont have the money for delivery and my local year round suplier doesnt have what i want but they do do other really graet stuff so a small price to pay0
-
maybe it is more of a london thing as up north they seem to get some grate deals from the wholesalers0

PyrO, it all depends what you're after if you're happy with roman candles then go get them, as you say, they should be decent being Absolute.
If the newsagents is close I'd check the range and prices they have on the FI stuff; T-Rex and Raptor would make a great finale piece for a small display although maybe slightly out of your budget. Cyborgs is also an interesting cake with lots of different effects. Cheeky Cherries has been a very popular small cake in the past, the same effect throughout; red with crackle, but worth a look.0 -
Ive been looking at those roman candles for the last few years but could never find much info about them. Was very tempted to add them to my list when I visited Firework Warehouse last week but in the end I chose something else. Really wished I would have picked them up now, I didnt expect them to be so long!
And, ahh I used to love that Benstar Lidl stuff, the large (and smaller) selection boxes were brilliant for the price! Also the cakes they stocked were also amazing! I used there cakes and selection packs quite a few times for new year as they always used to have decent reductions such as the large selection pack for £12 and the cakes for £4!0 -

Yeah - they were mad. I think Benstar Cosmic has stopped being produced, can't find it anywhere.. The last time lidl stocked Benstar was a new years - I remember cosmos was 2.99, rainbow 3.99, Hayley's comet 4.99. Was seriously epic coupled with Aldis 4.99 cyber box and 9.99 fire pack (which was better then)...good (not so old) days!!
