Thanks. The Saturn is 25m safety distance though, which would suggest they're more powerful.
I'm dissapointed all the cheaper sets are only 5m. usually there's been quite a few 25m's previously in the cheapish boxes.0 -

Bit sneaky of mirrisons to sell the mercury pack £2 more than it's RRP at £12. And still Splash "GREAT BUY" on it.0

You make a good point about the 25 metre thing.
I suppose either wont dissapoint, it's up to you they both look great.0 -
Really chuffed with the stuff i got from Epic yesterday.
The nicest people ever, really great, they have a chat with you go through your purchase, check everything, so friendly. And it's top stuff to. Go to Epic if you haven't all ready!
Il post a piccie of the stuff i got either today or tommorow.
It all came to £133 and theres loads, especialy the cakes, plus the two free packs of rockets with them.0 -
lidl black nebula:
10 fountains, 6 r/c, 3 rockets, 3 mines, 3 cakes, 1 wheel.
very good selection in my opinion.
£14.990 -
I've also been to Epic. I bought mainly large SIBs and large cakes. Tigers revenge is an awsome price and they also have King rockets which are probably the best you can buy. I spent just over £400 for around £700 RRP worth of fireworks.
I bought a cheap pack of Epic rockets which I set off a few night ago and 2 didn't fire properly. The rockets reached a good hight but the heads didn't explode. Those that did were good effects for the price.
Standard Fireworks warehouse is now open and is worth a look if you are after smaller garden fireworks at a good price. I have also bought from Jordans Fireworks in the past who have been quite good and have a largeish selection at 1/2 price. I think they are based in Lemmington Spa.
If you are serious about fireworks then I would advise you to join http://www.firework-review.org.uk/ as there are full reviews and videos on a large quantity of fireworks. It will ensure you only buy fireworks that are good quality.0 -

Which rockets were these from Epic? The 'Mega' ones? We got two free packs of those so would be interesting to see if they are decent.0 -

The Rockets were Space Blaster rockets and about £3.00 per pack. They are quite good effects given the price.0
