just shows how powerfull and dangerous fireworks can be.lucky it didnt blow up in someones face.
whether an incident happens with fireworks largely depends on the size and the power of the fireworks used, and whether the 25m distance is observed for the larger cat3 25m stuff or not. We all know that a fair bit of smaller stuff marked cat3 25m is absolute pants at that distance because it is rather tame and gentle at 25m:if you used a weco chico chico/giddy dido/chrysanthemum fountain/quattro/gigant super volcano or domino fountain at less than 25m then you should be ok because small cat3 fountains dont generally spread that far and wide to cause a dangerous situation at less than 25m. With larger fountains/rockets/cakes/barrages/candles/mines/wheels/and powerful cones, the danger level increases, and the 25m distance should be observed to avoid property damage or injury as a result of using them at too close quarters for comfort. The big bertha, silverstar battery,manhattan,100 shot roman candle barrage I find are too small to be useful at 25m so will be placed at the back of the fountains. I will be using weco cyberbox and weco firepack at less than 25m along with weco skyline and weco cocktail of rockets and putting ipanema 25carat and firefighter much further away.

how would that be? I bought the pack in november, weco wouldnt change pack contents for december unless they had to by law ie forbidden items like 1.3g additions making up a high percent of the pack content or some items that don't meet bs7114 part2 1988 having to be replaced or changed.
  • Well get down to Lidl and have a look. It is definately different contents and the box is bigger, only one or 2 changes there is a very large 5 spout fountain that looks pretty good.
