if you leave the floppy disk in, it should boot to a dos prompt?
try creating another 98 bootdisk

when i try to boot up with the floppy it just says remove floddy or any other media and press any key. when i do that it says missing operating system0

just in case it's not clear, run the exe on the other PC, that will create a bootable floppy, copying the file to it won't work,.Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0
