I don't know about the cardy ones specifically but people have washed the classics on a delicate wash such as a wool wash and they have been fine,as above,put newpaper inside them whilst they are drying out.

Same thing has happened to me, just recieved them today and felt perfect when I tried them on, then decided to wear them when I picked the kids up from school and by the time I came home it felt as if I was walking out of them, a bit gutted as I love them but going to see if I can find some heel grips to see if that helps.

I'm normally a 6 and got the 5.5.

Oooer just checked my delivery status and my boots are out for delivery today as well as an order from Debenhams. Seeing as it is Hermes though I wont expect it to arrive for a few more days

Mine arrived today. Delighted with them. I ordered the black in a size 7.5 but I normally wear an 8 and these fit perfectly.
