  • Mine have just come today but I am very concerned they are not genuine as there is a sticker underneath which says 'made in china'! can anyone tell me if these M&M uggs are genuine?

Uggs are made in China. Not Australia as everyone tends to think.

Hi milliemonster, they are genuine, there website is on the ugg website as a retailer. Uggs are made in china, hope that helps.
  • Just wanted to say that I posted before saying that MandM Direct ha not taken the £10 off my order making my order £10 more expensive than everyone elses and that I was told if I don't want them I would need to send them back.

Well.. received a letter today from them saying they have refunded the £10 back into my account (as they could see it should have been on my order) and hoped I would continue to shop with them. I ordered the charcoal and silver pair and really hoping they arrive today now as I will be keeping them after all. Well done MandM Direct for such fabulous customer service and thanks op for giving me an excuse to treat myself :p
    Comping wishlist for 2017
    1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuff

:rotfl::rotfl: Yes i have a Daughter like that too, a few years back my Mum got her some of them Heeleys but they were a size too big and were massive. Rather than let my Mum take them back she put them on with thick socks and a pair of slipper socks. She did look stupid.

Then she went over outside on boxing day and smashed the back of her head on the concrete.
Lovely Boxing Day that was over at A&E. Thankfully apart from a bump the size of an orange she was fine.
The Heeleys were promtly put on ebay :rotfl:

I've bought my DD a pair of Heelys for Christmas (from an Amazon Grabbit here!)

    Thanks for the confidence!
  • I have a pair of the cream cardy boots in the same size so unless they have changed the sizing recently they should be spot on :)

Also has anyone tried to wash a pair of cardy's? I wanted to put my cream ones in the washing machine, my husbands face was priceless! I'm guessing that's a no then lol I don't want to break the washing machine but being cream they are going to need cleaning :)

Sorry :o being a whole size too big might have had something to do with it.

Yes we have twice now on a low short cycle wash inside a pillow case. 1st time DD spilt hot chocolate all over them.
They came out fine, the back bit where the ugg label is is now slightly grey than cream but the state they were in they had to be washed. We tried sponging them but that didn't really work.

Make sure you stuff them with newpaper and let them dry naturally not near or on the rad.
