However, thats merely a guess. Everything hinges on interest rate rises.
£153,000

I predict that this time next year thngs will be roughly the same as they are now. No change to house prices and Sibley's posts will still be factless bull propaganda with spelling and grammatical errors and look like they were written by a five year old.
Have you considered changing your username to something more appropriate.
I believe SelloutBear09 is still avaialable.0 -
I predict that by this time next year I will still have zero interest in house prices and 100% interest in interest rates. I will go onto predict that my interest in mortgage interest rates will decrease in proportion with the decrease of the size of my mortgage.
I also predict that my house will be much nicer in three years time than it is right now. I finally predict that my house is currently worth less than when I bought it due to a combination of house price falls and the wreckage caused by my on-going renovations. I also predict that I dont care that my house is currently worth less than when I bought it because I have zero interest in house prices.
Do you see what I did there, a perfect circle.

I'm sorry I had to ask twice. I couldn't believe what I was reading the first time.
This was from a guy who was predicting 60% falls by Christmas 2010.

House Prices and the Economy?0 -
Site I work on is getting quite a few sales. Was quite amazed at the sold to for sale ratio. Way more sold than for sale. I'd say +10% made up of plenty of rises and falls throughout the year.0

House prices will be higher by November 2011, everyone knows it, and the small band of bears struggling for home ownership will still be here posting the usual nonsence and masturbating over their keyboards everytime nationwide/halifax reports a small fall - gotta love this forum, but you can see why it's closed to the general public.0

Property prices will probably be higher as the economy recovers, but this information will be practically irrelevant under the tide of misery that's passed off as news.
What's up with the tone in these posts?
Something worrying you both? If not, what's with the needless vitirol?0 -
