How much will house prices rise?

I predict houses will rise by this time next year.
I'd say average property price will be £170,000 by November 2011 and mortgages will be more available than now.
There is a much better feeling this month. Property has started to really move and good prices are being achieved.
I think good consumer spending up until Christmas, a few sales and people will have the good feeling back.
Don't listen to the doom and gloomers. Believe what your eyes tell you. Look for the sold signs and queues in the shops.
This is the end of the credit crunch. Enjoy.
We made it through. Upwards and onwards now. The bad times are behind us.
Come on lets be having you then. What's your predictions?

£152,000, according to the Halifax index.
However, thats merely a guess. Everything hinges on interest rate rises.0 -
I predict Sibley will still be trolling in ten years time0

I think that house prices will be lower this time next year than they are now.
Just as a thought, should we make the above exchange a sticky and then we don't need this board anymore? We could all spend out time doing fun things like reading books and making homemade jam.0 -
I would say 5% down by the end of 2011.0

I predict that this time next year thngs will be roughly the same as they are now. No change to house prices and Sibley's posts will still be factless bull propaganda with spelling and grammatical errors and look like they were written by a five year old.0

How much will the average house in UK be this time next year?We love Sarah O Grady0 -
I predict the same old twisted sicko's will still be gleefully picking over the news of business failure, redundancies, broken families and the occasional suicide, widowed mother and fatherless children, reposting it for each others amusement and bumping 'least we forget' how entertaining it is.
Property prices will probably be higher as the economy recovers, but this information will be practically irrelevant under the tide of misery that's passed off as news.0
