can u find out who stole clubcard vouchers and can u get them back?

As has been said - it is the Clubcard holders responsibility to keep Clubcard informed of any changes. However, you should not lose out, if vouchers have been used by someone else.
Clubcard, know when, where and by what card a voucher is used; so should credit you in points with the voucher value.
But define 'awhile ago'? Do you mean three months ago, or eighteen months ago?
