    If the estate agent took the photos, then they own the copyright to them and can do anything they want with them - even stick photos of your house on their website or brochures with a "SOLD" sticker over it.
    I don't think that is quite right. Copyright, which they may indeed hold, means that they can determine whether someone else may use the photos, but I think that in a case like this, holding copyright is not sufficient rights to publish. If nothing else, the pictures were taken under the privilege of a client relationship and it might fairly be claimed that they do not have the right to use the photos outwith that relationship.

    Another useless thread, whats the big deal here, the estate agent owns the photos and is using them to sell the same house.

    It would really help if posters would say they have another thread going if there is relevant information in it to another thread.

    Edited to add: the other thread really seems to have no bearing on this photo business at all!
