Mattress lasted 11mths is that reasonable? Should i complain?

    Yes definitely assume faulty if within six months. Re. refund, it depends upon how time passed since the mattress was delivered/collected. If it's over six months then an exchange or repair will be offered; if over one year then there may be a warranty or usage charge. Just depends upon the circumstances.

    The OP said that the mattress lasted 11 months. So it is unlikely that they will be offered a refund.
