Hugs Triker hope you get the leaks sorted soon.. I think the roof in our conservatory might be leaking too :( not sure I want to go up to investigate.

Done level 1 today at home, & been to parents house to do some more sorting/packing there. I've got rid of a display cabinet, only to find that mum painted round it  so I took some paint colour charts round today to see if I could match it. Of course I couldn't.. So it's going to have to be as close as I can get it..

Decluttered a dentist appt too.. Nothing done in the room of doom tho :( (ducks to avoid the mules)

    night all

    Evening all

Had an interesting start to the day, as I completely slept through all alarms and got up almost 2 hours late! I made it to work on time - and DS2 to school - but I never really caught up with myself.

Since coming home I've made tea with some of the batch-cooked spag bol. Also made bread & butter pudd for the first time. Yum! DW emptied and re-loaded. Decluttered a pair of trousers from my wardrobe because I realised that they're too big! :T No idea how and when that happened, though.
I've had a browse on mse after tea. Just watching spooks and then I'll do an hour's work and get ready for bed.
    Hugs to all! x

What time does the alarm go off if you can get up two hours late and still be on time for school/work?

Well the worries have kicked in and combined with the howling winds and rain lashing against my bedroom window despite the bungalow sized evil fir trees only a few foot from the window. I am not able to sleep

    It sounds evil out there.

Am all restless and feeling a bit lost. As if I should be doing something but it is nearly half three in the morning, I should be sleeping.

Still the good thing is if this keeps up I won't be too nervous on operation day as I will be so sleepy :rotfl: might even save the NHS a few quid on a general anesthetic.

Im going to sit here with my blanket over my legs and do some crochet while watching BBC news. You wouldn't think I was only 32 if you could see me now..:rotfl: Hopefully the news and crochet should settle my mind and help me relax..

Ref - Colicy babies - my sister struggled and now uses Dr Browns Bottles and believes they were heaven sent, totally changed Maisie's feeding and eased my sisters stress. She also did baby massage classes for free at a local surgery and sings the praises of those too.

    :p

I aim to be up by 6am, as I often do an hour's work before getting DS2 up. We should be out of the house by 7.40 so I can be in my classroom for 8am, but don't always quite manage this. DH's alarm goes off at 7.50 and I dropped DS2 off at 8.20 (he has breakfast in school), so I just missed morning briefing. Technically I was late, but not too late to register my form group. Didn't manage a drink until after 9am, though, and breakfast had to wait until after break. Not a good start.

I was awake on time this morning, but stayed in bed a bit longer. Then had to go down the cellar  because something had tripped a fuse last night and the sockets in the kitchen weren't working. Time to get DS2 up now, and we might just make it on time this morning. Have a good day, everyone. x
