  • Makes sense, but if Mr Average is told by the council that its their land, then He won't usually argue.

The situation in my case was someone who was sort of a friend (if you know what i mean) had issues with parking on 'land' between houses where he lived, most of the neighbours did, but someone took umbridge,a new householder nearby i think, and it all escalated, but i lost touch and never heard the outcome.

If you have used the land, and parked there for 12 years, you probably have a better claim. See a solicitor.

Dont want to get into to much detail, but my neighbour has taped off an area of unregistered land where i have parked for 12 years and now claims this land is his property.
Today he photographed my car as the front end was just encroaching the taped off area.

So "is it illegal to photograph someone else's car including reg plate"

ANY OTHER ADVICE WOULD BE USEFUL (Caps sorry)
    cheers

Worth checking your deeds to see if the land should be included in your property. It belongs to someone, registered or not.

You may have a claim via adverse possession but this would be difficult to prove by simply parking on it.
