You could also try Revo Uninsaller
Agreed. If you really want to keep SAS then remove the option of startup on boot.superantispyware and pctools will slow it down.

Install AVG over the top of whatevers still running
use REVO UNINSTALLER to remove all of AVG it can
Ensure you backup the registry first.Run CCLEANER (normal and registry)0
