Which courier is used by thornton's chocolate online?

It was [EMAIL="DHL@Home"]DHL@Home[/EMAIL]. Luckily they managed to leave it at a neighbours as I wasn't in when they tried to deliver, and thorntons are refunding my saturday delivery charge, so I'm now a happy bunny!

DHL who left my first parcel outside for the world to see so it went walkies and the second time they left the parcel on top of the bin so still didn't learn their lesson.

I was just going to say it wouldn't be Hermes delivering, I saw there was a mention of an extra Saturday payment so definitely not us, we don't have extra Saturday payments. I see now it's DHL@HOME who was the no show courier.

Ladies and gents deliver with their own cars for Hermes it works well, most of my customers highly recommend and prefer the lady/gent with a car.

Large companies seem keen too, Next have renewed their contract until 2018, other companies are play.com, monsoon, bon prix, kaleidescope, grattans, freemans, witts, sit up tv, bid tv, arcadia group, m+m direct, afibel, toys r us, debenhams, I've missed a few.

The ladies and gents in cars must be doing something right??

i had this exact same issue, im waiting in all day for a present for mum for tomorrow (mothers day) but it hasnt turned up! now the customer service is closed! not impressed at all, especially as i also paid for the extra saturday delivery!
