edf or eon???? no difference in price

hi guys ... done a comparison leaving atlantic both show about a £235 saving .. however edf showing a £100 edf cashback.... website says must be connected by 30 th nov however on terms and conditions it says as long as transferred online by then.... spoken to edf chat agent and he has said will get 100% and to email…

I can only think that you may have joined before the cut off point rsykes2000. A friend of mine has been on edf & his online billing is fine. Altho apparently this is the old system?:beer:
