Forgot to register extended warranty - what can I do?

I'd phone them and explain the situation and see what they say.
Or whats to say you did send it off but it got lost in the post?
That's exactly what I did, but they reckon it's my fault if I didn't inform them of not having received their confirmation of the extended guarantee...I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0 -
I would agree with everyone who suggests that you just tell them that you sent the registration form off.
As long as you keep your receipt for the time covered I cant see them reneaging on their 5 year free cover to be honest.
Stop worrying about something that might never happen. Worry about it when or if it happens.I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0 -

Is there a fault with the machine? If not then nothing to worry about at the moment, and always SoGA to fall back on for up to 6 years against the retailer.
Re the registration, if/when something happens just say you sent the registration, ( I don't think they acknowledge these things), as lots of post never gets to it's destination. They offered a 5 year warranty, can't see how they can wriggle out of it.

It was the warranty people I was talking to at first & they obviously wanted to get more money out of me, so they told me I definitely wasn't covered if I hadn't sent the form of, but when I spoke to the manufacturer directly instead, they said it's all fine & I'm covered for another 3 years, regardless whether I sent the form off or not. Glad I listened to you and tried, in spite of all the doom & gloom advice I got!
Might be worth asking them to confirm in writing, (e-mail would suffice), you could just e-mail them informing you are just confirming the phone conversation, unless you have already done so.
.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
