hello peeps :wave: well I thought it was 7.15 when I got up ut now realise it was 6.15
that'll be me going to bed at 9 then tonight!
:o
Picasso sounds like work is stressful for everyone but also like you're doing a sterling job of keeping everyone together! I'm totally with you on the being organised for xmas. I'm planning to wrap the xams gifts I've bought so far today. I've decided (in my perpetual quest to TRY to give up capitalism
) that xmas is to be about the experience rather than capitalism this year so not buying half as many gifts, but still if I wrap as I go on xmas eve it will just be about relaxing and having fun. The lead up to xams has been so strssful in the past I don't want that anymore!

Hi everyone. I didn't get chance to post yesterday as I was at DD's looking after 2 year old DGD. We always have great fun together and I didn't mind a bit when she sat 'helping' me with my knitting and telling me "I'll do it as I'm the expert!"
So far this weekend I have:- spent the day at DD's house drinking her coffee and eating her food

- finished back of jumper using wool reclaimed from a jumper I unpicked
- fed and watered chickens in exchange for ONE egg (three are moulting
) - started taking HM hop tincture to try to cure the insomnia - tastes disgusting so hope it works!!
- had NSD yesterday
- had dinner from stores
- clean out chickens
- go to allotment with drinks and sandwiches to put in a long day
- make pine cone and wax firelighters for DD
- start front of jumper whilst Grand Prix is on later
- make a cake for work tomorrow - cheaper than buying one!
- have all meals from stores
- have another NSD

Catmiaow, check that it is a council/police parking ticket that you have to pay. The motoring tab explains how private firms can't force you to pay...
My list:
* complete RM survey weekly returns
* sort out my charity shop and ebay bags - looks like mostly CS stuff
* take bags to CS
* lunch from stores
* return overdue library books
*start washing laundry mountain - will take ages to dry inside
It was a private firm, I went out last night and OH paid it so doubt we have any come back. Nice of him to pay but wanted to have a look into it, oh well thanks anyway
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:

Very true!
At least I feel I am making good progress with ebay - I have been meaning to put things up for months, always saying I'll do it when the next free listing day comes along but I think I have missed 3 of them now! So I am glad I am finally doing it this time
