To be honest I felt it was my duty to protect myself and other home owners a while back. They were ganging up on newspaper threads and trying to bombard the general public with negative housing market views in the hope they could create a panic.

I'm glad to say I helped ruin their party on more than one occasion.

I've no problem with anyone taking chances and winning or losing money. That's par for the course. I detest people who wish bad on others. I know decent blokes with families who work hard. They pay their tax's and make sure their family is well provided for.

Also, couples who decided pensions were not paying out good money so invested in a BTL property.

Both sets of people want to get ahead and make money.

Why does that make them greedy scumbags?

To be fair this thread title should read '120,000 pages of excrement over on hpc'. Because that's all the ghouls and vultures wallow in over there. Horrendous website populated by some of the worst characters ever born.
