Sadly I agree with you, but how can someone prove a verbal contract?

A verbal contract can be proven by the conduct of the parties involved. This has been done by both parties in this agreement.
    Gone ... or have I?

And you accuse me of talking ........

Well you do go on with your ill informed manner..

No one has to try and prove any form of contract as this was done with a deposit paid by the customer for their customised bed!

Agreed, but how do you prove the terms of that contract if it doesn't exist? For example the "contract" may state that you lose the deposit or have to pay the full amount upon cancellation - how how do you enforce it?

How how do you enforce it?

If the parties involved cannot resolve the situation, ultimately a court of law may need to decide, on the balance of probabilities.

PS where's my trustworthy car dealer?

Well now your changing track over what you originally arguing over - the fact of a contract. i believe you said because the OP never mentioned it that there was not one though subsequently now that we have said they dont need to say there was one you are now backtracking to claiming what was in that contract.

    Hmmmm...

Absolutely not - if you look closely I used the word MAY to indicate the possibility of what a verbal contract may contain.

    Found my car dealer yet?

you dont get it do you? A contract has been made for a customised bed. This is enforced by the paying of a deposit.

You dont need a car dealer - you need some sense.

And the problem is proving the terms of that implied contract - nuff said

Ps Can you tell me where I can get some "Sense" ? Please

There is no problem in proving a contract as it has already been made through making a deposit.

Its at that point you should get some 'sense'.

Site, Hearing, taste, touch, smell or all of them?

Well given that there are around 8 'senses' again your proving yourself to be inept.

What does around 8 mean? 5 could be around 8 - I was referring to the 5 traditionally referred as senses, but if you want to be pedantic, there are 10, so you are inept as around 8 doe not even have any justification.

What have deer got to do with it?
