    are you at home? If you are I suggest a pop to the bedroom and have a nice lie down and a read. usually sorts me out- even if its only for 10mins.

    Anyway, hope you feel better soon Annie. I think we all go through it from time to time. I'm in a cant be bothered mood at the mo, but I'm sure it will pass.
