Well, we liked 'em (still do...) who cares what anyone else thinks

I have missed out on going to see them in Cambridge in the near future though cos it is about £25 for the ticket and I just couldn't stretch to that at the moment (check out the overdraft below...... ) what with petrol & car parking fees on top.
You will have to let me know how it goes Annie!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Well Ithey are my "can't do without" my non negioatabke(sp?) item.I've given up ALL my other things-gym;hairdressing;riding;ice skating;take aways;magazines. EVERYTHING. BUT.....I couldn't give L42 up(Just to show how deeply sad I am and what a saint of a DH I have they were due to tour in 1994(the year we got married) I was worried about the dates clashing so got DH to agree that if the dates clashed I could miss the evening reception to go to the concert)True! Happily, they toured in the Oct and we got married in July.I would have gone as well.Went to Salford the friday before last and they were fab Mike's back with them for this tour. So Stoke tomorrow, Nottingham Sunday and then Liverpool on 30th. I can't admit exactly how many times i've been to see them but ITS A VERY VERY LOT!!! DELIGHTED to have a kindred spirit on here.LookingAhead wrote:Well, we liked 'em (still do...) who cares what anyone else thinks

Glad to see that your spirits have picked up Annie.....I'm got a Level 42 alblum somewhere...more my sisters's musical era than mine...but then again..I got brainwashed with anything she listened to.....I can listen to Blondie repeatedly...Leo Sayer...not so much:o .....but thankfully ...that was a passing fad of hers!
Then again, I have plently of my own I wouldn't be too keen to admit to!! Curiosity Killed the Cat anyone???:o I used to have a MAJOR crush on Ben Von Perrier Water ....whatever his name was.....
Actually, just looked at my list of old lp's....and my cd's.....not so embarrassing after all.......:D0 -
