I see that people have said they've sent off their receipt without the packaging and still got their prize, but has anyone sent off the packaging without a receipt? I have had a couple of small wins (£5) in the last few days but stupidly bought both packs together so are on the same receipt. It says to only send one claim form per envelope to so can't send them both off together.

Just had a wem Notification of unclaimed prize, At the time you were told you didn't win, but because of a computer glitch you received the wrong message. After careful checking our records, we're delighted to say you actually won £5., just had to complete form and they are putting chq in post. Thank You for first win of March.

I have posted 3 claims in same envelope with receipt & packaging and received all 3 back with postage added for all 3 cheques:)

Another £10 yesterday, I am waiting on a £10 win from around three weeks ago too so really pleased.

My OH bought a 9 pack the other day and when he got home I pointed out it wasn't a competition pack but the barcode is actually the same as on the competition packs. My last win I just posted the cut out barcode so I cant see anyway they would know if it was a competition pack or not except you have certainly bought a pack of triple velvet.

Hello! Can anyone help me please? I have been trying to find the promotional packs for this competition but the only packs I find don't mention the competition --- they only have a picture of the campaign for the trees. Are these the right ones? Or should they mention the competition?
