hiya J im actually wondering the same thing as i had a couple of £1 wins then had a bigger one, i sent off form etc and an hoping for the bigger win to come :think:

The cheque was sent recorded delivery - it did take the full 28 days to arrive but I noticed the cheque was signed about 10 days before I received it. I didn't write the date or amount on the claim form, just filled it in and sent it off with the till receipt (was actually OH) so they obviously have a system for pinpointing wins - having said that, it was the only win he had claimed. I wouldn't enter from the same ip address twice in one day myself - I would be afraid of disqualifying myself from a decent win, but that's just me.

Oh and no email acknowledgement or anything like that which I found a little strange.
