Thanks for info contained in this thread , i emailed a complaint that i have been getting nowehere with from December last year to [EMAIL="!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"]!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![/EMAIL] last night about the BOS and guess what they called today and resolved the issue - even better they have paid off my overdrawn balance £120 ish as a gesture of goodwill

I would still not recommend BOS/Halifax but must say impressed by the outcome today :j:j
