Latest update. The disc I received this morning was the disc 5 case with disc 2 in it again. This is now the THIRD time I've had this particular mistake!

Have emailed customer services and pointed out that in the last fortnight I haven't exactly been having the service I've paid for and have asked for a credit.

Will keep you posted. Will probably start a new thread though with Tesco in the title.

I was a member of Screenselect, and got a letter from them (had quit for about 5 months) offering me 3 months for price of 1.Went to site and was redirected to Lovefilm, who honoured the offer.

Remember most of these are the same company.Screenselect was Video Island Direct,which also ran Tesco DVD Rental and ITV Movie Rental. These companies are like washing powders, there are millions of DVD Rental Companies, but all of these are owned by just two very large companies.We think it's competition, but the big companies win in the end. But if they want to give me 3 months DVD Rental for £15 I'm happy to take that!

it would have been nice for screenselect to inform us of any changes, i dont remember getting an email re the price changes, i remember getting one saying about the change from screenselect to lovefilm
