Arrgh don't miss signals! That is very interesting - I actually forgot to add the bit I'd scribbled about depression being a version of the emotions of anger/ sadness, and anxiety the same with fear.

I was even inspired to post on my blog for the first time in ages, although I should really be working instead

Ha - I knew the treats budget wouldn't remain intact for long. A book I was looking at on Amazon a while back has just been published (this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/0903505924/ref=oss_product) and I treated myself to a couple of interesting sounding books on the whole topic of emotion while I was there (gotta love Amazon cheapie second hand books). So have spend £11.58.

Plus the Debenhams sale starts tomorrow and I have my eye on a watch and some bracelets - only about £20 in total though.

Yep we do try to eat some, find them a bit bitter though. Keep meaning to try the French salad where you have them with bits of bacon and some sort of dressing.. sounds nice!

Aaaaargh! That's how I feel about work this morning. Just the usual little things getting on my nerves but really not in the mood at the moment. I really need to get myself in gear re aiming to work from home/ part time/ something.. I know no job is without stress but I'm so sick of being stuck sitting here all day every day.

Anyway, counselling this afternoon - be interesting to see what the next step is. And then off to Debenhams sale where I am hoping to get..

It's both, but going to meet Mr S after work for a wander round the shop. He has a voucher for there which you can't spend online, plus it makes a change from just going home!

Oh dear, we're in Leeds on Saturday and there's a Debenhams there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I normally like to see things too, it's amazing how colours can be slightly different from the pictures that come up on the laptop. With things like jewellery it's the feel and the texture too.
