There's a white strip on the right hand side of the music (and MOT) voucher. The word PIN and the code are written vertically on that white strip.

thats good news at least they sorted it for you.

it was definatly a good offer for £20 free downloads (though i has £40 worth as dad let me have his as he never downloads lol)

are you allowed to use other peoples?

because i got the vouchers aswell.
problem is though

i do not download music,
i do not go out for meals,
i do not go to the 2 for 1 days out to dodgy places like local football stadiums.
i also dont own a car

dont see why not, i set up an ovi account in dads name and downloaded to my computer had his permission to do it etc.

i'm just curious as if you dont mine are going spare but i dont want to give card details out obviously.
seems a shame to waste the downloads but honestly i dont download music from their.
youtube downloader and youtube does me fine

but yeah if you want them they are here for you or anyone else that wants them as long as you dont need card details
