    ...and I'm now wondering if the sequel to this is the boss asks a couple of you to come back and work for him again (BUT on the normal employee basis) - as he realises he DOES need some staff after all.....:cool:

    So - you were wise to continue with this being a redundancy. I think you might also be wise to think "....and that may not be the end of the story" and don't "blow him out of the water" telling him what you think of him as you head for the door - just in case he offers you your job back again in a few months and just in case you decided you might decide to take it if he did...
