I'm very simple !
I use a maybelline foundation, superstay in nude
Then a little powder, jerome russell one
MAC liquidlast eyeliner in point black
Rimmel mascara, waterproof, black - used it for years, never use anything special as i have really long eyelashes!
A bodyshop lipbalm
I have sooo much make up but never use it all.. i have a gorgeous make up cabinet http://www.qvcuk.com/ukqic/qvcapp.aspx?view=2&app=detail¶ms=item^757945,navlist^757945*828897*757946*754875*,cm_scid^dtlr in white (and the matching jewellery cabinet) almost full with items but end up being boring unless a night out planned!0 -
My make up is very simple/uninspired today!
Wearing:
MAC moisture select concealor in NW15 under the eyes
Estee Lauder double wear foundation in Sand (or 1C1 i.e. i'm ghostly pale apparently)
MAC blush in cubic
Eyelashes curled and coated with L'oreal million lashes mascara in 'extra black'
Rimmel 'stay glossy' lipgloss in 'captivate me'
I used my eyebrow pencil in brown from Avon aswell.0 -
I don't wear a lot of make up but generally I wear:
Virgin Vie all in one face base
House of Colour blusher
Bourjois - sorry, that doesn't look right, but YKWIM! - under eye brightener
lipstick - have a selection, I love Chanel or Clinique but having had a few end up in the carpet (my daughter!) I tend to buy cheaper ones now!!
Mascara - I LOVE LOVE LOVE Clinique Naturally Glossy mascara, it stays put all day and doesn't irritate sensitive eyes. Pricey but worth it. I've used it for years and don't bother trying anything else. I make DH stock up on it when he goes to the USA, and he plays the 'helpless englishman abroad card', and usually gets me loads of freebies too!!
I also love Benefit's Erase paste- as does my 2 year old son who plastered himself in my entire pot a few weeks ago!! So, it's on my xmas list.....
If anyone can suggest a good foundation, I'd be interested...0 -
Good thread

I wear Olay total effects wake up wonder, I got a free sample from Grabbit Board and it really is good. Not sure its "worth" £13.00 though, I had a look in Boots. I'll look round for a better bargin I think.
Vie eye shadow, would buy again, lasts for ages.
Max Factor Lash Lift Mascara
Maybelline Superstay
Rimmel Kisses Stay in Lip Liner
Vie Precision Eye Liner - This is the soft twist up type, the pencils always break on me.
I got an Avon Flirty Eyes cream eye shadow for my birthday, and it goes on really nice and dosn't crease as all, but it fades everso quickly.0 -
