None, but i wish i'd got into the habit of wearing it in my late teens, instead my mother just ridiculed all attempts so now i feel really self conscious.0

I am a bit the same Lemon Tree, I like clinique almost make up range. The 'foundation' is very fool proof and gives a gentle coverage which evens out skin tone, like tinted moisturiser but ever slightly more coverage... you cant go wrong with it really.
A little bronzing powder i use l'oreal blonde , they do a brunette one too. And a little mascara I prefer brown.
A poslished look which very little effort and no scop to go wrong really ...
dont let it put you off......

Hi, just out of interest is it the liquid almost make up you use or the powder? I am thinking of getting this now the Clinique gentle light foundation has disappeared.0 -
i use both, i use the liquid then a wee touch of the powder and brush of bronzer and carrier the powder in my bag for during the day as its easier.... for shiny bits ..i really like it as it gives more coverage than a tinted moisturiser but only just as i hate the feeling of foundaton......
:)
p.s boots are giving 750 points if you buy 3 clinique items and 1000 points if spend over £50 dont see why you shouldnt be able to get both points .... bargain !!!0 -

Recently converted to Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick so use this on cheeks and brow in Brownie. Gets loads of compliments.
No 7 Dream Lash mascara, quite fine but adds a little something.Clinique lipstick Bronze star.
Wear all the above for work these days which is a new thing for me, don't usually wear make up in the day.
If I'm going out then may slap on some Intelligent Colour Foundation from Boots, like this a lot, and newly bought Bobbi Brown gel liner in green...loving this...finally able to get a nice line on my eyes.

Hey! good thread citygirl!
Except I've just cleansed mine off..............
but my light make-up for work tonight(need to look natural) was;
dd's new Revlon photoready foundation ,....pinched a bit for the first time today and really like it. Someone actually remarked tonight that I don't have any lines on my forehead. Well done foundation , I say!!
Mac creme blusher
Revlon Voluminous mascara. Like it for the price!
Rimmel lipstick, nude pink shade Asia
topped with a slick of L'oreal glam shine gloss
This is my "functional face"! Takes about 4 mins.0 -

That's so awful! I'm so sorry for you Lemon Tree.
There are lots of tutorials on YouTube if you wanted to have a play. A tinted moisturiser, cream blusher and mascara doesn't take much technique to learn but can make a big difference. I'm a fan of doing brows as well, but that can be a little trickier. 0 -
I chop and change such a lot it's hard to say what I'm wearing at the moment, but I'll try and post what I have on tomorrow.0
