Afternoon All

Anyone had any billing problems with BT Mobile billing ?

They didn't bill me last month and are now trying to take 3 months money this month. Rang to complain on Wed, but they still haven't got back to me (surprise !).

I think they are breaking the Direct Debit Guarantee as they are supposed to give me 10 working days notice, and haven't.

Any advice?

I have had plenty problems with BTmobile---overcharging, charging twice etc.
I don't like them and I'm trying to get out of my contract with them.

Never a problem, nor a long wait for them to answer their CS on 150. Indeed often a cheery amateur feel from the boys and girls in Belfast, who sometimes haven't quite got their headsets fully fitted yet. Bills come on time and CPW sent back the cashback within two weeks upon delivery of the fourth bill.

If you want hard, trustable, written info then you may be whistling, as the said boys and girls probably haven't much more of an idea of what's going on than you have.

Ordered a BT mobile phone from e2save which I sent staight back. Bt Mobile still sending me bills for a phone I haven't got despite E2save letting them know it was returned. got an e-mail saying all was sorted still not after 2 months. Customer service is crap and person I spoke to very rude.

Thanks to all. had an e-mail from BT this afternoon. I'll let you know what explanation they come up with.

    Dear Mr Taylor,

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience. I've had a look at your account, and I can see that our Billing department are currently investigating your issue. They will probably have a resolution on Monday, so we'll get back to you then, via phone or email.
    Thank you for contacting BT.

    Yours faithfully,

What a shock! BT didn't phone or e-mail back. Had to phone again on Wed. Eventually got a call back saying they would give me £30 credit but no explanation. I asked them to confirm the credit by e-mail, but they said that they couldn't send one.

How come a telecommunications company can't send an e-mail???

Anyway still waiting for an explanation and the £30. If anyone else gets any problems keep on at them.
