Well if there is no internet/broadband light on your router then I would get back to o2.

No problem, you might get more help over there from members already on o2.
It could possibly be a problem at your exhange but would have thought o2/BT would have informed you if that was the case, I* know there have been a few outrages on BT's exhanges in the last few days but thought that was just in the North.
Anyway if you get it sorted or if you need more help/info please come back and let us know.0 -

Even if that was the case that would not explain why there is no internet/broadband light showing on router, sounds like broadband connection problem at exhange or possibly new router may require a firmware update but would have thought lights should still show that you are getting internet/dsl/broadband connection from the exhange.

o2 & Bt checked exchange, phone line into house..etc
O2 called back just now and they are sending someone out to have a look tomorrow will keep you all updated

Just a thought , have you tried logging in to router ? either wirelessly or via ethernet cable from the PC?. (but am concerned no lights...) Have tried logging onto the router and still no broardband connectionOnly lights that come on are Power light, Wireless light as it still makes local connection, ethernet ligh comes on when connected. Internet & broardband lights stay off
