The listing you won is confusing on postage, too. Down the bottom of the listing, he says it's £3 postage. However, in the auction body, he says the following:
I wouldn't say I'd class RM as being next day couriers. Even when you send something first class, it can take a couple of days to arrive at its destination. Definitely one to avoid.Delivery will be by next day couriers. Cost...............£2.50 by 1st class mail
If you look at his current auctions, he's misleading about postage there too. On his Simpsons Chess Set, he clearly states that P&P within the UK using Parcel Force is £6.95. However, further down the listing (and what you will be charged should you win the auction) is a P&P charge of £7.95.

How do you check people's withdrawn feedback? From MSE Martin - Some General Tips On Holiday Home Organisations and Sales Meetings
DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE!0 -
You can assume from the tone of the feedback whether is good or bad. You can't actually see.
However the amount he has had withdrawn is astonishing.
And it'll mostly be people who he neg'd and then said that both theirs and his could be removed. Because the buyers didn't want to lose their decent buying records they agreed. more fool them.
His overall score should be a lot lot worse if those withdrawals hadden't happened. It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -

Yes, as far as I am concerned withdrawn and neutral feedback counts as negative feedback.0
