Is it income related ESA that you were receiving when you were sent for the medical?
If so, it's not income support you claim whilst appealing but the assessment rate of ESA.
It used to be the case that those who were appealing a medical decision for IB (which ESA replaced) could claim IS pending an appeal.0 -
